Hey hello,

AlternativA's new site is finally launched! Go check out our ELO inspired songs on WWW.ALTERNATIVA.NL

I'm very addicted to ELO's magical music and I've tried to create an album with the typical ELO sound. We really hope you like the songs!

The album will be available for sale in about a week,

Hi Willem-

I found the songs, but after selecting "play" how long does it take before the song starts?  There's nothing to really indicate anything is happening.

maybe you're using netscape? could be the reason. I will ask my webdesigner if he recognizes also the problem and if he can fiks it.
Here on my personal pc it's no problem to play the tunes.
I will let you know when I get to hear from my webdesigner

I got into the home page but could not click on anything. Maybe it's just today because I have been there before.

Thanks for the complements. The booklet will contain all lyrics of all the songs on the album, also a couple of pics. just in case someone is interested: sunglass hero is dedicated to Jeff Lynne, the album will be released in about a week.

Yes, absolutely! We're even planning to set a record in doing shows, everywhere people want us to play. In a while we will record some shows on video and put them online, or/and release a live DVD(ofcourse in 5.1 dolby digital/DTS). But those are plans for the comming future,

Hey hello !

GREAT NEWS! The VERY ELO-inspired album ??A Night In Starlight?? is AVAILABLE NOW! AlternativA is ONLY inspired by ELO and are all ELO-addicts.

??We wanted to create the sound like ELO did, that very special, magical and beautifull sound you only heard ELO play. ??

This whole album is dedicated to the mastermind Jeff Lynne, ELO, and all ELO-fans all over the world! Even a song called ??Sunglass Hero?? is on the album.

We really hope you like the songs on our site, we worked very hard for it, 6 months of recording-mixing-mastering sessions!

The sound on the cd is CRYSTAL clear and VERY rich!

Have a listen at our site: WWW.ALTERNATIVA.NL to listen to 9 of the 14 songs!
Write a message in our guestbook if you like, EVERYBODY IS INVITED!

Hopefully see you at our site,

Willem Evers

The first track sounds more like OMD than ELO...not that that's bad...
