So now that he's going to do it after 19 years and after his recent gig with a very different ELO.
I believe we are going to be treated to some nice surprises.

Just so everyone is clear. Lynne intended to put out a follow up to AT but Warner Brothers shelved it or more specifically  he postponed it when some executive wanted the follow up to be more like an ELO album.

I'm speculating that for this new one he will have songs in a more reflective vein due to the passing of one of his band mates from the old days and another one for his Wilbury Brothers Spike and Lefty.

Me too. But right now I want to hear his magic with Regina Spektor. The album called FAR is due out in June.

From what I've heard the tunes he produced for Regina really stand out. Awaiting the date when the single
will be out.

Probably not until next month. The FTM page hasn't been updated yet.

Trust me, there are things going on right now that will likely lead to some news soon.  Wink
FTM is usually updated late in the month lately, but it looks like January 2010 was skipped entirely - possibly because of the coming news.

Though I'm curious about something. I did some quick math and noticed that the 40 year mark goes back to 1970 rather than '71.

Is it marking the transition between The Move's last go round and then into ELO?
