Hello, I would like to know which 3 songs are the best songs of ELO, acording to the visitors of this site. In my own opinion it's very difficult to choose just 3 because there are so many good songs, but this is my try:

1. Telephone Line
2. Twilight
3. 21st century man

you can't choose it changes every day, but right now i'm listening most on Momma, Showdown and dreaming of 4000 ... but This list is more accurate... 1. All ELO songs Smiley 2. All Jeff Lynne songs 3. All Willburys Vol.1 songs...

1,  Concerto for a rainy day
2,  Ordinary Dream
3,  I don?t bloody know, this is impossible !!!

At the moment, if we were choosing Jeff Lynne related stuff, I would have to say "Rising Sun" by George Harrison.  That is a great track and it's on a great album.

Let It Run, Calling America, Mr Blue-Sky.

And if Let It Run doesn't count since it's under "Jeff Lynne" then throw "Hello My Old Friend" in there.

Hello My Old Friend is an Outtake from Secret Messages. In 1990 it was released on the 3 cd boxset AfterGlow.

"Hello My Old Friend" is on the "Afterglow" box set. It was suppose to be on "Secret Messages". You and everyone on here knows the story of that album. It is one of my favorites. Any Beatles fan/collector like me can see the Beatles influences on the track as well. Hope it helps you out....

Could there be 3 top ELO best songs? Well I could only judge 3 based on overall sound and lyrics:
       1. Mr. Blue Sky
       2. Wishing
       3. Showdown

Elo: 3-Don't Walk Away (most Orbison-esque..."Xanadu"),2-Just For Love ("Zoom"),1-Livin' Thing (all-time rock radio staple and the best single use of a song as a movie closer EVER!)   Solo: 3-Blown Away  2-Lift Me Up 1-I'm Gone ("Armchair" outtake)   Productions: 3-This Is Love-George Harrison 2-She's My Baby-Wilburys 1-Runnin' Down a Dream-Petty...also check out "Something Peculiar" by Julianna Raye and Del's  final album "Rock On!"
